The Paracletos Ministry provides individuals in transition with a systematic yet supportive approach to a successful job search.  The word Paracletos means advocate, helper, or comforter.  Those that are a part of this ministry have a passion for helping others and are uniquely qualified to do so through professional experience, personal triumphant or a combination of both.   The Paracletos Ministry approach is to offer workshops designed to educate the job seeker, one on one mentoring, and a hands on  approach to understanding today's ever changing critical job search strategies.  Our approach assists in building the foundation for a successful job search experience. Ongoing one and two-hour events are held bi-weekly and provide the ongoing training, technical and spiritual support, and accountability until the job seeker lands their better job! This approach helps the job seeker remain focused and motivated and, ultimately, accelerates their speed-to-hire!

The old job search process of an application, resume, interview, job offer and handshake is obsolete. In its place is a sophisticated process that involves the job seeker marketing themselves as a niche product in a highly-competitive marketplace. They must be equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed, despite the numerous types, styles, and methods of interviewing. Plus, the job seeker must implement a strategic job search plan made up of multiple strategies designed to tap into the hidden job market, while also learning to leverage their strengths to remain engaged during the process. Ultimately, the Paracletos approach helps the job seeker generate and maximize every opportunity.
